International Delivery


  • All International orders are shipped via EMS/ K- PACKET.

  • Shipping fee differs depending on the country. You can see the fee at check out.

  • Please allow 5-14 business days for delivery (depending on your delivery destination & Covid situation).

  • As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs, this fee is separate to that of shipping and differs from country to country. If you are required to pay duty and taxes this will be sent to you after purchase. Please note this differs for each country code.

  • Please be sure to include your phone number

  • Every order is supplied with a tracking number



Notice


  • We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products.

  • We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees.

  • Any international orders unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery.

  • Once an order is placed we strictly cannot make last minute changes. If you need to change your size and/or address, your order will be cancelled and you can repurchase again online

  • We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to claim the package, it will be delivered to your local Post Office for pick-up.

  • We strictly do not re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order.




How do I return my item?

*Items can be only exchanged/ returned within 14 days. 

1.    Check that your item is not a sale item (including promotional offers) as sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty

2.    Email contact at freedom@ufuluswim.com with the title stating the purpose, your order number, name of items you wish to return and the reason why.

3.    We will send you a confirmation email for receiving your return request.

4.    Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Ufulu Swim will not accept any items returned damaged in any way

5.    Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the form, we recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit. We will pay for the delivery for your new item, but you are responsible of the return cost of your original item.

6.    Once we receive your return, we will email you a confirmation and issue you a refund/send you an exchange.



Refunds

Unless the item is faulty, you will be issued a refund for the full amount of the unwanted item. We offer returns on all full priced items only provided that:

1.    Items are returned within 14 days of delivery

2.    The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags and hygiene sticker still attached

3.    The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

4.    Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Please note that processed refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on a customer’s statement.
